You will need to register with us by Creating a trade account. This is a very short and simple process, you will also receive and en email once your account has been activated. Only when activated, the wholesale prices for all our range will be visible.

 

All styles are sold in pack ratios as indicated on the product page. Selected styles are available in smaller pack ratios, typically 3 and 5 units opposed to 8. A great way to purchase if your just starting or have a small boutique.

All images are available for the styles you have purchased from us including all views for your own use to re-sell / market  within your store, website or social media use. These images are NOT watermarked, therefore the source is not known and are high resolution web optimised.

Images can be accessed from your 'My account' page. Simply mouse click 'View you order history' from menu right side of Accounts page, followed by 'View order',  You will see a picture icon with "View model images". Finally, save each image, right click and 'Save to' desired location.

 

** Images are only available once your order status has been marked "COMPLETED"

Payments can be made via Cash, Credit / Debit  card and Bank tranfer. We also accpet payments from shipping companies. For more information see Payment Information.

 

We require a deposit in the form of a partial payment. You will be requested to make balance payment once your order is processed and ready to be shipped / collected.

 

When at checkout the website is constantly updating orders and stock levels, therefore a style you have added may be out of stock, hence you have been asked to remove it from your order list.

 

Yes, we have a London based showroom where many styles are in stock. Here you will be able to view and buy. Please note not all styles are stocked within our showroom.

 

Minimum order value is £250.00 excluding VAT, shipping and all other discounts.

If it's your first order, spend £500.00 excluding shipping and receive a complimentary 10% opening discount!

 

No, all goods will be exempt from paying VAT. To qualify the goods must be shipped with a shipping company and we will need a Shipping Certificate (proof of export)

If you are using your own shipper we will request their full details and liaise with them on your behalf.

*European customers must supply a valid VAT / Tax number.

In the unlikley event of a style not being available we will notify you of the change allowing you to continue or ammend your order.
